“I called Miller Grass for a referral for someone to install sod. They recommended a contractor they believed would do a good job. After the installation, I watered the sod by hand twice a day for 10 days as recommended to help the sod establish. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the installation turned out. I contacted Miller Grass for advice on how to address the issues, and what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. The owner, John Russell Neely, personally called me to discuss my concerns. Even more impressive, he arranged to have a professional landscaper come to my home, assess the situation, make repairs, and offered to cover the cost. The contractor who performed the installation is no longer with Miller Grass, yet John stood behind the referral and took responsibility for helping me find a solution. That level of customer service is extremely rare and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.<br>Fortunately, the project was not a total failure, and hopefully will require only minor repairs. “Scapes Incorporated designed and created our perfect dream backyard. Davey and Raza listened to what some of our wishes were and came up with a beautiful creative design with a modern look. They had some unusual plants with beautiful pottery, with a backdrop of a jasmine on a trellis on one side, and on the other side they custom made beautiful modern metal planter boxes in between Holly trees. We also replaced our grass with turf and had they suggested the perfect one! We are beyond pleased with their work and their team were wonderful to work. They installed the whole back yard in just a few weeks. We would definitely recommend their team for their amazing talent and creativity and it was pleasure to work with their team! We would love for them to do our front yard landscape design soon!”
