The technician coordinated efficiently with building management for an A/C system vent cleaning, wrapping up everything in about an hour without leaving any mess. This was the second time used, and they have consistently been organized when working within the condo's management policies. After receiving a higher quote from another company, the technician identified the issue with a portable A/C unit as a simple belt replacement and completed the work in under an hour. The approach was far more efficient compared to previous experience. The dismantlement wrapped up right on schedule, with the only hitch being an additional trip for a specific tool they hadn't anticipated needing. The technician was professional, friendly, and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommended.
