She truly listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. She paid special attention to my hair type and gave me advice on how to care for it. She is so patient and walks you through every step of the process — explaining what she's doing, how to care for your hair afterward, and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Japanese straightening is a long process, but she makes it comfortable and worth every minute. Both times my hair came out silky, smooth, and naturally straight — exactly the result I was hoping for. “So, I found Jessica by accident and it turned out to be the best accident I have ever made. I initially booked the appointment for knotless braids, but after she evaluated my hair, I ended up getting a wash, trim, and silk press. This jewel was personable, honest, timely, professional, extremely patient, and knows her art all at the same time.

My hair was not in good condition when I arrived, which is more than likely a result of heat damage. I seemed to believe that getting braids would fix the problem, but, based on input from Jessica, we went a different route for the benefit of hair health. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my hair, and it has not looked this shiny and healthy in quite some time. This young lady definitely has a new regular customer and I look forward to my future appointment for lashes and knottless braids.“
