Needed an appointment asap to check overall health on our dog. We were able to be seen first thing 8am Monday morning. As soon as we walked in we were brought in and seen all in less than one hour. The vet is very informative and patient with our nervous senior dog. We are very happy and will be coming back for all dog needs and services.
We have been bringing our dogs to this vet clinic for many years, starting back when Dr. Lorenz owned it. The doctors and staff at this clinic are the most caring and helpful I have seen. We moved further away, and I tried a couple of other vets, and was horrified at the lack of care and poor service after having had such great care for my dogs for so long. We decided that driving a little further was well worth it for our beloved dogs to get the best care, and have continued with them ever since. Dr Carl has taken care of our Bingo for 12 years. She has always loved Bingo — everyone there knew who he was. This morning we had to say bye to Bingo. Dr Carl sat on the floor with us and provided him the peaceful passing he so deserved. She also gave us hugs and told us how much of a joy he was. To wake up and do what she does every day is admirable. We are so thankful for Dr Carl and her wonderful team. Thank you for all of the years, and most of all, all of your love.
