I brought my child to the appointment and he was getting fussy during the appointment with Dr Payne and Natalie politely asked if she could play outside the door with my son so I could focus on my appointment and as a mom and patient that made my entire day. She stayed with my son and colored a picture with him and made him laugh and smile until Dr Payne was done. She was the sweetest nurse I have ever encountered and definitely will come back because of her. Thank you Dr Payne and thank you Natalie for seeing me as a mom and person needing help.”

In the beginning Ms. Eva was a delight she would pick me up from work in the van she was bubbly and was always laughing but after awhile her mood changed and she wasn't to talkative toward me at all. I basically had to talk to Stephanie or else she wouldn't speak at all. I would hear them laughing and talking to others but not me. Dr. Elliott she was truly awesome. She was very skilled and knowledgeable. She always made me laugh. The massage chair was out of this world and also the decompression. All the therapy treatments really helped my back and leg. Overall I liked the center just didn't really feel like the customer service was there between Ms. Eva and Stephanie. I know everyone have their days and we never know what people are going through.”
