“Julie is an AMAZING massage therapist. Every aspect of the experience is top notch....I love the muscle rub she uses (she makes it so it includes a bunch of therapeutic ingredients). She's always willing to adjust table temp and the face holder thing, even mid- massage when I ask. I've never had cupping done before, but it's been a game changer the way she adds that to my massages. Probably the most valuable for me has been her understanding of not just the body in terms of massage but also in terms of pilates! I started doing pilates a couple years ago, and Julie also does pilates. I can tell her that something feels tight or weird during a particular move on the reformer, and instantly Julie can figure out what muscles are too tight or not working well enough for me to feel that way. After I see Julie, I stand taller and walk more comfortably and can keep up my pilates practice. She's a life saver 💜“
