“We use Classic Plumbing regularly in our business, they are a good company and for the most part have great service, it depends on what tech you get to come out. We have had them out twice this week due to a toilet issue left by a customer. This issue is still not resolved so I called back and learned they close at 3 on Friday and it would cost me $290 an hour at 3 on Friday. I don't like that but it is what it is, what I do not like is their representative yelling at me and hanging up on me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. Unacceptable.Update: This review was in the heat of the moment and I thought I had deleted it but Google will not allow me to for some reason. We have used Classic for 10 years and even though this one was a little messy, it did not deserve the rating due to their superior service and quick response they have always given us. I highly recommend Classic, again we have used them for 10 years...“

“We’ve always had excellent experiences with Benjamin Franklin in the past (they’re our “go to” plumber choice), but our recent experience with Joe Molina has set that bar even higher.Joe came out to replace a balancing spool in our main shower. Not only did he take the time to listen to our issue and remove/replace the balancing spool (which wasn’t an easy task), but he was courteous and pleasant the entire time. We were also impressed with how much care he put into ensuring that he wasn’t tracking anything through the house. He also listened to several general plumbing questions that we had, and offered opinions and solutions. We ended up replacing our toilet in the guest bathroom as a result of his recommendation, which he was able to perform on the same day (we had considered replacing this toilet previously, but his recommendation convinced us to take the plunge).We can’t recommend Joe or Benjamin Franklin enough! We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again in the future, and have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing needs“

He welcomed me to stay at his side throughout the equipment inspection so that he could point out details showing wear and tear. Far from alarmist, Luke offered great perspective on how much time we had to address the underlying issues for these warning signs, how much we can expect to pay as well as the contributing factors and subsequent impact of areas that were in need of improvement. Furthermore, Luke shared his thoughts about our water heater next to the HVAC even though it wasn't part of the scheduled visit for covered service. The trust and peace of mind he left me feeling today is reason for me to make Luke the first tech I'll request by name for future visits.“

“Aaron came out with his helper yesterday, Feb. 6. 2024. They introduced themselves and I showed them the toilet that had been leaking. The tank was cracked and as I suspected, the toilet needed to be replaced. They offered me the option of picking one out on Home Depot site and ordering and they would pick up at no charge. All went smooth. They picked it up and installed in a short time and were on their way. They were very efficient and I am pleased with a new toilet. Great job guys!“
