We use Classic Plumbing regularly in our business, they are a good company and for the most part have great service, it depends on what tech you get to come out. We have had them out twice this week due to a toilet issue left by a customer. This issue is still not resolved so I called back and learned they close at 3 on Friday and it would cost me $290 an hour at 3 on Friday. I don't like that but it is what it is, what I do not like is their representative yelling at me and hanging up on me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. On October 31st we had a plugged up sewer line late at night. I called Classic Plumbing and the drain was cleaned. It was discovered the pipe was broken. A camera verified it was broken. Classic arranged for a crew to dig under the foundation so the plumbers could repair the break. Jeff and Jim explained the procedure in detail and the pipe was fixed. The tunnel was backfill and ou could not tell a tunnel was dug. If I could give Classic Plumbing 10 stars I would. They are my permanent go to guys. Ed and Linda-Lou

Classic Plumbing did a fantastic job moving washer hook-ups into my garage. I really appreciate how Matthew patiently explained the whole process to me and answered any and all of my questions. When one of my requests would've ended up with a potential long-term problem, Matthew was great at explaining why it was a bad idea, and gave me an alternative solution. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
