We recently had Joseph Rodriguez from Jim's Plumbing Now come out to inspect our plumbing after noticing that our 15-year-old home's foundation had shifted. Naturally, we were very concerned that there might be a plumbing leak contributing to the issue, so we wanted the peace of mind that comes from having a professional evaluation.

Thankfully, Joseph thoroughly inspected everything and confirmed that we did not have any plumbing leaks. He was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and Joseph took the time to address each one. He explained things clearly, never made me feel rushed, and truly helped put my mind at ease.

It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and understands how stressful situations like this can be. Because of the excellent service we received, I plan to call Jim's Plumbing Now for yearly plumbing/preventative inspections of my home moving forward.
