The guys at Plano Plumbing helped me resolve a hot water slab leak. They responded right away to a request for assistance and scheduled a site visit. During that visit they provided an assessment as to where the leak was most likely located and what my options were to correct the problem. They also provided a high level cost estimate based on that initial visit. After making the decision to move forward with their services the work was scheduled. I was surprised to discover a small flood happening by the shutoff valve at the curb and gave Plano Plumbing a call. Thankfully, Mario was able to fit a service call in the next day.
I got a call the next morning because Mario had an opening and could come even earlier! (Yes, please!) He and Gerald showed up and walked me through their game plan. They kept me updated every step of the way as they worked their way through the muddy mess outside and repaired the leak.
I appreciated their efforts and courteousness, and will definitely reach out again if I need leak detection help again!
