Jack came out today to do a water leak test, a same day service call. Great start for me. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Talk about knowing stuff!!!! After checking the meter, he already had the diagnosis before ringing the door bell. We've been paying astronomical Plano Water utility bills for months and had no visible signs of water leaks anywhere, inside or out, but Jack discovered the problem to be an irrigation line somewhere. He does not do irrigation repairs, but was kind to offer a referral card for someone who does. Thank you, Jack, and the team at Plano Plumbing. I called at 4:00pm on Tuesday regarding a potential water leak, and they were out by 9:30AM Wednesday morning to inspect it. They were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They quickly checked for the leak and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely use Plano Plumbing again if the need arises. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection. We had a leak just outside our home, but it was too close to the slab to fix without tunneling under, or otherwise disturbing our foundation. Instead, they closed off the leaking line and bypassed it completely with a new pipe reroute. They also installed an outdoor valve box for easy emergency shut-off, as the original builder of our 2002 home had installed the main water controls inside a panel within the master closet.
