“So my outside unit was getting power it seemed. I called and asked them to come out. I explained to the young lady the phone that it was not an emergency due to it was my AC not working but my heat worked fine. I think she misunderstood and thought I said my heat was not working. The technician Chris M. was at my house in 30 minutes. He diagnosed what he could due to it being cold outside he could not repair the AC side. He was knowledgeable and informative on what needed to happen once the weather got warmer. I was told it would be a $99 trip charge. Since there was no repair that could be done at time he didn’t charge me anything. I will be calling back in the spring to get this taken care of. This was my second time using this company and the first time the theft was just as pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone. They are out here to make money. Both times they came out they reduced my price or didn’t charge me for something stating that they didn’t want me to waste money! Who does that for their customers? Awesome experience every time!“
