Compressor went out on my unit during a string of 100 degree days in North Dallas. Compressor was still under warranty, however others were not able to get a compatible compressor without a multi day wait. Called Vincent and team Friday morning he was able to locate a compatible compressor 2 hours away, got it that day and it was installed and cooling by the afternoon.

I had a great experience with this company. My AC stopped cooling, and they came out at 11 PM to diagnose the problem, which I really appreciated. They quickly determined that the compressor needed to be replaced and worked with the warranty process.
