Kool Koncepts and Todd Finley installed a new Trane 16XR for my upstairs after my previous system stopped working. I had several quotes done on Trane & American Standard and Kool Koncepts came in below my current HVAC provider. Since installation of the system is so critical, I usually do not go on price alone & I read all of the reviews for the company and was satisfied that Todd's 30 years in HVAC was top notch.
