We got scammed by another company for dryer duct cleaning. Technician came out day after I called and was extremely friendly and helpful and completed the job quickly. Will definitely keep them in mind for other jobs.

My AC Unit was leaking due to the lack of air that it needed to take in. Before contacting Dandy Duct Cleaning, I called first another Ac company. This other company suggested to not do air duct cleaning because 'they didn't want to charge the customer for something that may/may not work', and insisted to come in to take a look at the Ac unit, in spite of me telling them that I know what my Ac unit needed. I'm not an expert, but I know my AC needed more air ventilation, as it was leaking. It wasn't getting enough air in. So, rather than expanding the air tunnel and having to break a part of the wall to install an extra vent, I thought, why don't I start with cleaning the air ducts?? I went to DuckDuckGo ( not the woke Google) to search and came across them. Tanner took the time out of his day to come to my house, look around the vents,cans sit with me to chat. He educated me on how important duct cleaning is, and how a lot of the times the first thing that the AC units need is a clean up to the "circulation system, the blood vessels system". Some AC companies disregard the importance of air duct cleaning because it is a lot of work. He taught that there are two processes: brushing vacuum and regular air cleaning. The brushing vacuum is what you want in order to get of it all the residues that accumulate over the years! Not only that, they also fog each unit out with a sanitizer. How fancy! Last but not least, I am looking forward to supporting Mr. Tanner Coughlin from a company like Dandy Duct Cleaning. Dandy Duct Cleaning aligns with my values of American patriotism and Veteran support!
