The service man explained what he planned to do, answered my questions, was knowledgeable and friendly, and explained some details re maintenance I was unsure of. ? Also when we went by the office a week ago there was a man - Mr Hollis who went above and beyond helping us with the information we needed and getting us papers re our AC / heating unit)
