As someone who works in customer service, customer satisfaction is very important to me. We recently took our 1½-year-old son to Great Clips for his first haircut. AJ was kind and worked quickly, which I initially understood since our little one was wiggly and I was holding him. However, once we got home and washed and combed his hair, we noticed uneven areas and small bald spots, and we were disappointed with the final result.
The next day, we decided to give Great Clips a chance to make it right. We were helped by Noah, who was absolutely wonderful. She immediately reassured us that we didn’t need to pay again and took the time to properly wet, comb, and carefully cut our son’s hair. She was calm, patient, and very gentle—our son stayed still the entire time. As a Black family, our child has kinky, curly hair, and Noah clearly understood how to work with his hair texture. The difference was night and day.
The issue was completely rectified, and Noah exceeded our expectations. Our little man looked so handsome, and we left very happy. Because of how professionally this was handled, we’re giving five stars to the Great Clips in Sienna. We will definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Noah every time. I’ve been coming here for my mani’s for about a year now and specifically asked for Ms. Lucy based off of other reviews. Let’s just say she’s yet to disappoint me! I come in with all these random inspo pics and she indulges all my craziness! She’s also a perfectionist who takes time and great care in patiently making sure the nails have come out to her satisfaction as well! The rest of her team (including her husband) are also very personable, they greet and treat you well, offer beverages and make sure you are comfortable. They even surprised her with a sweet early Mother’s Day gift, which absolutely made her day. It meant so much to see how kindly they treated her, and it turned what could have been a stressful outing into a really pleasant experience. Came here randomly on a Saturday. Walked right in with no wait to get my old acrylics removed and French tips on my nails. Everyone was nice and my nails came out great. To be honest the total price came out more then what I was expecting but it could a been a miscommunication in my part. Sadly no one offered me a drink which would've only made the experience better

The previous plumbers never answered the phone and gave me the run around I had no hot water for 1 month but David and Zelena Britton answered right away and we're able to fix the problem. They are no officially the family plumber lol. Hands down they were amazing.
Layne and his team accurately diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problem which was not a straightforward problem. A good honest group of guys with lots of plumbing experience. Price was very reasonable! I would definitely go with Layne and his team vs. a big plumbing company.

I just got a full yard make-over by Todd and his crew. They fully upgraded the front beds after 12 years of builder landscaping, I finally got my rose garden on the side, and they upgraded my backyard to be even closer to what I envisioned. He also recommended that I change out the mulch around my pool equipment and put in rocks…smart idea to add years to the equipment. His designs built off of what already existed that was still healthy and brought the landscape to being something that I am proud to show off. The entire process was super smooth and I will definitely keep coming back and recommending him to everyone!

I went into the dental clinic with fear of a tooth extraction. I anticipated the worst pain ever but Dr Nguyen and his assistant made it totally pain free and the most comfortable visit ever!
First off, the people are amazing. They actually care and make your experience the best it can be. Secondly they have the best equipment. Things like getting x-rays are so much less invasive compared to other places I've been to. Just an overall great place.

I had a great experience at Missouri City Chiropractic and Rehab clinic after experiencing injury from a motor vehicle accident. I was suffering from muscle spasms and nerve pain. The clinic worked to quickly get me scheduled and the staff was always kind and attentive throughout my visits. Dr. Davis was patient and explained imaging results and the plan moving forward clearly.
Read the reviews and scheduled an appointment. I was met with valuable knowledge that pinpointed a diagnosis quickly. My issue was addressed without trying to reinvent the wheel. Explanation as to why and how helped me understand how to course correct and I started feeling better immediately. Home exercises and remedies were instructed with demonstration.

I love these people. I could barely walk when I went in and after the second adjustment... I started seeing and feeling a difference. My mood changed and I even said Good morning and meant it!
I have been seeing Dr. Barrett for several years now and I must say that the care I have received has been consistently excellent. The office staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I also want to mention the massage therapist, Lynn, who works out of this office. He is professional and very personable. These two gentlemen keep my back in great shape, paying attention to any new issue I might have. Thank you!
You can’t go wrong with Full Circle Chiropractic!!! Dr. Robinson really cares what is going on with you and is determined to do everything she can to get you better! Dr. Robinson and her staff are AWESOME! They explain everything to you in a way that you can understand what’s going on. It’s nice to go to a business and the front desk people are happy and knowledgeable. Everyone at the office are really great people .It makes a huge difference. They will also work with your schedule to get you in and help you. I just really felt like they all cared about what I was going through and the pain I was in. You don’t find that at all places! I highly recommend going here!
I am 6 months pregnant and have been going to Dr Cohen for a few months now. I was having back, hip pain that I could tell needed adjusting. The subtle movements and light adjustments have really improved the way I feel.
Dr Daude is very patient and informative, you can really tell he knows and loves what’s he is doing. The staff was amazing the office manger is super amazing made me feel comfortable & they explained and demonstrated step by step. This was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect but from the time I called made my appt and went, to the time I left they are Very welcoming & made sure they pin pointed my needs. I left feeling a thousands times better and I can’t wait to get go back. If your thinking about it I suggest you go and feel the vibe your self . You will not regret it. Highly recommended. 10/10
After 15 years of desk work, I was struggling with significant frozen shoulder pain. I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in both my right and left hands after 10 massage treatments here! Check in and check out are easy and friendly and they are always informative for the best care of my dog. I feel they genuinely care about my dog and are not just a business. I also love that the same people have been there for years.

We needed a place to keep our 15 year old poodle while we attended a funeral. Jen helped us make reservations and got our paperwork in order. The facility was very clean. It was open and you were able to see thru the windows at the kennels. Our dog was able to stay just 4 hours. If we lived in the area, we would come back!!

Best massage I've ever gotten. Her hands are grown person strong and limber, so she can get to the places that need the most relief with precision. Best decision I ever made was going to her for self care and letting her get rid of the anxiety I was holding in my body. I give her 10 stars easily and one more star because it always smells beautiful inside her space.

I recommend Elements Massage. I had a good experience with them as a whole. Erica was awesome. She is very much professional and listens to the needs of the client. I enjoyed my massage. I hope she got the tip I had left for her with the front desk clerk because I didn't have cash on me and added it to the services. Next time I know to bring cash that way I know she got it.

Great spa service. $119 for a hydrafacial. Skin does feel noticeably smoother and looks clearer even by the next morning.

By FAR the best facial/head spa I have ever been to. Van and Tiffany were exceptional. You will not find a better experience for a better price. This place is an absolute jackpot. I had one session there and I cannot believe how much better I feel about my skin. The treatment was relaxing and effective and I have honestly never left a spa feeling like I was UNDER paying, but I genuinely feel that way about this place. I already have another session booked and I plan on going as frequently as I can. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Lucy gave me a great massage. She gave me tissues to blow my nose in the middle of the massage, lol but really Lucy was very thorough in how she massaged my body. I had the deep tissue massage and it felt amazing, especially when she put those hot rocks on my back and those oils. My favorite part was when Lucy rubbed her fingers through my head and started massaging my head and then my neck, that was very relaxing. The price is affordable and they are nice people. I’ll be back.
