Scenthound Sugar Land provides an easy, affordable and convenient solution for your pup's routine care. The Basic Hygiene package includes a bath, ear cleaning, nail clip and teeth brushing. Additional services include blow-drying, haircuts, gland expression, shedding, plaque reduction and flea/tick treatments. Staff is super friendly and amazing. A very rambunctious doodle with medical issues was helped to and from the car without hesitation. One dog loved the staff, who took great care of him after his wellness check and cleaning—he came home and slept like a baby. Another fur baby was treated like royalty, with a perfect, adorable haircut. Staff were extremely informative about health, giving great recommendations for an at-home hygiene routine. An unsociable German Shepherd who looked and smelled awful came out handsome. The manager is knowledgeable and helpful.
Front desk was very nice and genuine. Although I was a little frustrated in not finding it easiy, they were professional and courteous with all interactions. The dogs seemed calmed and happy. The staff cares about the dogs and exhumes a warm and kind environment.
Today was my first time ever doing business with Scenthound. I found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They took time out to chat with me about Chewy behavior and his hygiene issues. I will be going back.
I took my smelly dog there and he is no longer smelly and I love him so much more if that’s possible.
