“Dr. Matthys is freaking incredible.
I came in after a back spasm that put me on the floor. I literally could not walk. Pain was a 10 out of 10. I was crawling out of bed and around my own house.
I walked into his office bent like the letter C. Completely crooked from the back spasm locking everything up.
First visit he examined me, released extremely tight muscles in my lower back and glutes, walked me through stretches, and gave me homework to do on my own. He did not just treat me and send me home. He taught me what was going on and how to fix it.
Second visit my pain was down to a 2 out of 10. I could not believe how fast I turned around.
Third visit I was not just back to normal. I felt better than I have in the past 2 years. Better than I have felt since high school.
