I had a great experience with Santhoff from start to finish. James Santhoff took the time to come by my house to survey the area before Junior and Luke came by to work on the issue. They found the problem that another company could not, I am so happy to have my house in order again. Thank you so much guys!
Thomas was here to look at a tankless water heater that was not supplying hot water. It was not getting power. Thomas tracked down several avenues and determined water heater was bad. Had replacement quote ready when he came back downstairs and answered multiple questions knowledgeably. He is always on time and very professional and friendly. Always get the job done for us.
The work (a simple leak repair) was 5 star. The price was 3 star, so 4 stars overall. I really think the invoice was due to an estimating error for the job, but I paid it anyway after a handful of unsuccessful attempts to talk to someone in the office. I really like the people and work of this company. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
