I was so impressed with the staff. They were courteous and professional. 2 minutes waiting period was unheard of! And Ms. Aida was phenomenal! She spoke with me regarding the cost that my insurance would not cover. And when I explained my financial situation, she did not push back. We discussed my options and she was very transparent! I would highly recommend this dental office!
I came in today for my scheduled visit and tooth work which was assigned for the day, upon checking everything Dr Jacob found an extra cavity which was not a part of my said plan.
The doctor was really kind enough to take care of that problem and do a filling for me without charging me anything extra for it.
