Due to a contractor, my home remodeling project was delayed numerous times causing my floor installation to be delayed also. Through it all, FFL and Joseph worked with me to get our flooring replaced with carpet upstairs and laminate downstairs. Joesph stayed in touch with me over the many months of delays and the installation team did an excellent job. I also want to thank Carlos for helping out when Joseph was not available. We are happy with all facets: price, quality, communication, installation.

My sister and I visited the Missouri City location on a Saturday afternoon, we was greeted by Joseph Aymes. We walked around looking at the different flooring options, Joseph asked when I was looking to replace my floors, when I said immediately I was not expecting him to say, "let's go to your house now and get measurements." Not only did he get measurements at my house but my sister's house as well, all in the same day. Now that's customer service and with a smile the whole time. The installers were friendly, professional and knew their stuff! My children are all grown and I now have a beautiful "adult" home. Thank you Joseph Aymes and team at Floors for Living
