“I love New Strength Pilates! I've been working with Chiara for about five years. I'm not a person who enjoys exercise so I need a little more to go work out. I enjoy the camaraderie and individual attention so much I find it so much easier to stay committed. It's like I'm visiting with friends. Also, because they are so knowledgeable about the body, I learn something new every time. I've never kept up a program for this long. Highly recommend!“
