Based on the reviews, Bliss Nails and Lounge is a clean and beautiful salon with a relaxing atmosphere. The chairs are huge and comfy, and the decor is beautiful. The staff provides wonderful experiences, with technicians like Helen, Michelle, Tony, and Jason being highlighted for their work. Helen gave an amazing massage and did a great job polishing toes. Michelle was the sweetest. Tony is very professional, detailed, and makes sure everything looks perfect. Jason did an amazing job on a gel x manicure and checked in multiple times to make sure the client got exactly what they wanted. The customer service goes above and beyond; when a French tip design was not quite right, the staff fixed it right away, apologized, and did not charge for the design, also giving 10% off for the inconvenience. Guests have received complimentary glasses of wine. The salon is a smaller location off to the side and easy to miss. Reviewers would highly recommend and definitely return.
This is the second time I came back to the store for my manicure and pedicure. Michelle and Amy do very good job. They all are very nice, kind and professional. Surely I will refer it to my friends/colleagues.
I got a gift card for my birthday so I went to try it out. I got the Sweet Orange Pedi with regular polish and I really enjoyed the entire experience, all thanks to Helen. The massage was amazing and she did a great job polishing my toes. I would highly recommend!
I came here for the first time yesterday and had a WONDERFUL experience. The ambience here is so nice, the chairs are huge and comfy and the decor is beautiful. I came in just for a normal pedicure. I wanted white French tip on my toes, and I noticed it wasn’t quite exactly how I wanted it. Normally it’s hard for me to speak up to say I don’t like something but yesterday I did. They fixed the paint right away! They gave me exactly what I want. Since I was here for quite a bit after the mess up/fix, they apologized and said they wouldn’t charge me for the French tip design.
