My nails are always beautiful ❤️ today unfortunately there was a very Rude customer in the salon who wanted to make up her own prices and took it out on Lilly. Lilly has always been so nice and fair with all her customers she did not deserve how that lady talked to her. But she stayed professional and tried to make it right but the lady was just to rude so she shouldn't go back if she wants to make up her own prices she needs to open her own salon! I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. I lived nearby which was convenient but I still come here even though I moved away from the area. I’ve never done my nails but my pedicures have always been great regardless of the technician. I come during the week so salon is usually very quiet and relaxing . I will continue to come here.

I had my first appointment with Fe today and she was absolutely amazing! She did a traditional sew-in for me and not only nailed it, but also made the whole experience so fun. Her conversation was great, she had me laughing the whole time, and the environment was super comfortable and welcoming. She even convinced me to try something I normally wouldn’t—and I ended up loving it! I’ll definitely be coming back

Tonja hands down is the best! I have been experiencing lower back pain for years and she was able to figure out what muscle was causing the pain and helped to release it. I was overcome with joy because I had been in pain for so long, and she was able to bring me relief! How she is both gentle and tough is really a skill!

We had our toilet explode and flooded the whole downstairs. Lovlish and crew came that morning, got rid of all the water and cleaned up everything by the afternoon. They were knowledgeable about all the potentialities with regards to insurance, mold growth, floor damage, need for/recommendations renovation, etc. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and professional. I reached out to Karen based on her positive reviews to get an estimate for make-ready services for my house. Although I haven't received the actual services yet, I feel compelled to share my experience so far.
From the beginning, Karen was extremely professional. Despite being out-of-state and unable to meet in person, she accommodated my needs. She scheduled a visit to the house to understand the scope of work, which included dealing with a lot of left-behind furniture and a dirty, smelly interior.
I explained to Karen that beyond just making the house ready for new tenants, I needed her to assess any deeper issues—like whether the shower walls just needed a deep clean or if tiles needed replacing due to dark grout lines. I asked her to be my eyes and give her honest opinion about what was necessary to get the house rental ready.
After visiting the property, Karen provided a detailed verbal inspection report. She recommended what needed immediate attention, what to investigate further, and reassured me that replacing the carpet with new carpet, as previously suggested by my property manager, was unnecessary.
I requested an inspection during the first year of tenancy, but the report was not thorough. My property manager explained that a detailed inspection was not possible due to the tenant's belongings cluttering the space. Initially, I was informed that the tenants kept the house clean and were considered good tenants because they always paid on time. Contractors who visited for repairs also did not report any issues. It was a mistake to assume that the tenants took good care of the house based on these data points. This experience taught me the importance of annual inspections that cover all aspects of the property—appliances, sinks, cabinets, toilets, shower tubs/walls/doors, etc.—to avoid unpleasant surprises at the end of tenancy. Karen would be an excellent choice for such inspections, offering a fresh and meticulous perspective, especially when inspections are only conducted upon payment.
You won't find a more friendly and professional company to work with. The work is always excellent and you know ahead of time when workmen will be at your house and what they'll be doing that day. I've used them several times and am always delighted with the outcome.

I had just bought my cat FIP medication in hope it would save her, 6 hours later i am telling her goodbye. i call them first thing in the morning as my order had been shipped already. they said my account will be refunded and i can donate the medication to a cat shelter. this is what true compassion looks like.
I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!
