Jimmy came out today and helped get our AC repaired . He found the issue very fast and got us back up and running with a cooled house faster than expected . Very honest and trustworthy guy. His rates are reasonable and I could tell he knows what he is doing. He was very knowledgeable by talking to him and answered every question I had. We were blessed to be referred to him by a family member that he taken care of in the past. 10 Stars if I could give it.
A strong recommendation for White Rock AC and Heating: Got the rec a few years back from a friend who’s used them for 20 years. The owner himself has been here before to get me up and running inside of 2 hours. One time he wouldn’t even let me pay since they’d been out recently. Can’t say enough about these guys. Last night I called at 7:30pm when I found out my upstairs wasn’t cooling and a holiday weekend was coming up. Was expecting a machine but the owner answered and had a guy here by 9am. When our A/C condenser finally bit the dust, we called White Rock Air Conditioning & Heating on the recommendation of a friend who had used their services and offered a glowing review about the owner, Jimmy. He personally came to the residence to diagnose the issue and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty.
Jimmy never pressured toward replacing the system. He took well over an hour to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, isolating components and tracing wires back to each piece of the machinery to diagnose the issue and to be certain of which component had failed.
