I've had numerous providers over the years...none of which I truly trusted to give me honest advice/opinions/work.While one of my previous providers had really messed with my system, Ideal Air identified the problem(s) replaced what needed to be replaced and fixed what needing fixing in a cost-effective and timely manner.I've since gotten on a plan with them to service my system regularly.Plus, the tech is so helpful and friendly. 10-25-2023/Wednesday/0800 CT:Mike Maestas owner of ideal Air performed our Fall Preventative maintenance. Mike changed our Air Filter in the attic with a supply I always keep up there. He opened our outside Air Vents to allow fresh air into our Ducts to help assist and keep humidity in the house during winter when it normally will get very low in North Texas, causing Wood and Walls to shrink, causing unsitely movement to structure. This avoids all that. All our HVAC Systems data checked out that my Equipment is still in great condition!.
