Ideal Air is a reliable and transparent business, known for its affordable prices and knowledgeable service. They take the time to explain problems in detail and provide fair estimates. One customer reported receiving quotes of $7000 from other local companies for labor alone, while Ideal Air completed the work for $2,400. This company has earned loyal customers through their great service, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
Ideal Air is the best HVAC company we have ever used and the only one we use now. Unlike other companies, they don’t try to sell you a new system when all you need is routine maintenance. JaPaul is the technician we ask for every time. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend Ideal Air.
Amazing service and honest work. They are respectful and have a strong work ethic. They were very thorough and walked us through the all important issues we had with our ac unit. They followed up and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Thanks to Scooter, Mike and Stephanie for excellent service during these hot Texas summer days!
Ideal Air just keeps coming through! I gave them a call and Stephanie took care of me as usual. She has always been there for me and my family when something unexpected comes up. I can truly say they care about their customers. Give them a call and a chance. You won’t be disappointed. They are a family owned business and local.
