He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time. Instead of rushing through the appointment, he carefully diagnosed the issue, explained how the system works, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what he was seeing.
What impressed me the most was his honesty. Even though he couldn't complete the repair that day because the part wasn't available, he genuinely wanted me to get my AC working as quickly as possible. He even pointed me to a competitor who might have the part in stock in the same day instead of simply asking me to wait. That level of integrity is rare.
