Our AC went out Tuesday night and I called 4 different companies , Paul answered and was able to fix the issue we are so thankful for him, he honestly went above and beyond. Thank you Paul so much we appreciate you so much.
Our downstairs AC went out at the worst time - weekend & blistering heat. Just had major spine surgery so I couldn't even go and check out what was possibly wrong - I was truly at the mercy of a service call and go with whatever the diagnosis and repair to resolve the problem. Paul promptly answered my call and scheduled time to come by.Paul arrived as scheduled and he was able to quickly identify the problem and perform the repair work without undue delay. I certainly appreciated the fact that he spent the time to explain the issue and answer any questions I had. Had a very good experience with this company. The gentleman was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about what was wrong. I was very happy to get my A/C back up quickly and will definitely be a return customer for any heating/cooling needs.
