“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had Crow's Heat & Air (Garrett) come out because my upstairs AC wasn't cooling to the temperature I had it set on. While he was inspecting everything, he also found mold caused by a backed-up drain pan, that was making a huge puddle leak out the side of our house. He took care of the issue, cleaned everything up, and made sure the system was working properly. What I appreciated most was the honesty. With Texas temperatures staying over 100° for days and reaching around 110°, he explained that it's simply not realistic for an upstairs unit to maintain 68° in that kind of extreme heat. Instead of trying to sell me repairs or equipment I didn't need, Garrett reassured me that nothing else was wrong with my AC. I noticed it did cool off at night at normal setting temps.That honesty was appreciated!!”
