AJ and Seth supported my most recent maintenance and they were all the above: got there exactly when they said they would, trustworthy, informative, direct, tremendously courteous, accurately diagnosed my issue, presented solutions without any fear-mongering, efficiently performed the repair, and walked me through best-practices I can do as a homeowner to help my own cause. They even went above and beyond grabbing a dustpan and cleaning some insulation that fell from where my unit was in my attic into the hallway that I had no expectation of them even cleaning.
