Came home after work and found out the AC died on a Friday afternoon. Called Airview, went to VM - instantly got a call back from Airview. I had an appointment set for the next day (Saturday) They came out on a whim and fixed my AC issue within 20 minutes and had cold air blowing.
I am blown away, literally, (now that I have an efficiently running AC), by the level of service we received for Airview AC of Anna…from start to finish. I first spoke with Andra, who managed to squeeze me into an already full schedule the day our AC went out. She had someone out to assess the problem within 3 hours! We were told that our 13+ year old AC had taken it’s last breath. At that point, we were provided an extremely reasonable estimate for a brand new 4-ton unit.
