There representative Chris Pentz came to our house to give an estimate on exterior paint and repairs. He was friendly and professional and not pressuring. We didn't sign up today but could see us working with him in the future.
I had the pleasure of working with Unicus construction as the designer on a full home renovation for a private client, and I can confidently say they are one of the best teams I’ve collaborated with.
This was an extensive six-month project that included full floor replacement, a complete kitchen and primary bathroom renovation, addition of a new bathroom, a wet bar, and custom finishes throughout (tile, wall coverings, fixtures, lighting, and stair carpeting). The scope also involved significant structural and technical work, including foundation work, the addition of a beam, and extensive electrical upgrades. They also completed exterior enhancements like an outdoor shower, landscaping, decking, and pavers. On top of that, they successfully navigated permitting requirements, including coordination with a historical review board.
Despite an evolving design and frequent client-driven changes, they kept the project on schedule and navigated every adjustment with flexibility and precision.
One of the standout aspects of working with them was how proactive and solution-oriented they were. They helped problem-solve design challenges as they arose with real thoughtfulness and ease, and were instrumental in keeping everything moving forward smoothly. They coordinated a structural engineer to provide the necessary documentation to proceed and handled the entire permitting process, which made a complex project feel seamless from start to finish.
Their pricing was consistently fair and transparent—they worked hard to provide the best options in every scenario, and there were no surprises along the way. Their subcontractors were equally professional, and the craftsmanship—especially the tile work—was truly exceptional.
Beyond their technical expertise, they’re simply a great team to work with: friendly, funny, and able to keep the process lighthearted without ever losing focus or professionalism.
The finished result is a true “wow” space—one that’s now ready for professional photography and a standout addition to my portfolio. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and collaborative contractor.

Went for a tattoo, and my artist (April) did an outstanding job. The design was wonderful and her line art is absolutely amazing. The shop was very comfortable, everyone there was friendly and I had a fun time talking to them while getting my tattoo done there. Definitely going back for more!
Once agsin and every time I go it's another extraordinary experience at Starfish Nail Bar! They do amazing work and I highly recommend them. I get my manicure at Starfish at least monthly and I always leave happy with the way my nails were done and fulfilled with the outstanding customer service they regularly provide. I have gone to Ashley for waxing and just recently went to get my eyelashes done. She is highly recommended! I love the way my lashes turned out and she told me how to keep them lasting! I will be going back most definitely!

These guys did a great job replacing our roof. The roofers were professional, efficient & completely cleaned up after themselves. Robb was very easy to work with & we were able to get on the schedule quickly. The whole process went pretty smoothly with only one hiccup with the supplier that was addressed quickly. NRP Remodeling LLC did an amazing job on our home remodel in Tarrytown, Austin TX. I’ve been bringing both of my sons to Knockout for the past couple years. We just moved into the Buda area and was so relieved when I saw there was one here in Kyle. I came across Teagan just by booking whoever was first available, but I haven’t let anyone else touch my boys hair since! He’s very particular and meticulous, and knows what looks best for my boys curly hair type. His line ups are clean and is very knowledgeable in what products help with their curly hair.
Great environment. Excellent service. I was a walk-in, and they were still able to service me with 10 minutes of arrival. I got an excellent shave (from Alex) and tips on maintenance and care. I highly recommend this shop.
I went in for my first time here to see Mary on 11/30. Let me start with, I did hair for 14 years and got out a while back, but I am still always so nervous when getting a haircut. I have tried a couple other places here in Kyle, and I just was not comfortable during my visit, just either not too friendly stylists, the feeling of them rushing through it then charging an arm and leg and it would NOT be worth the price, etc. I am not one to ever complain or anything so I just pay it and go. Haven't necessarily had a horrible cut, just not a great experience to where I wanted to go back. So I made my appt here at Out of the Blue Salon, after reading good reviews online, and I wanted a "Sexy stacked bob cut". From the start of walking in the door, Mary was busy with a client, but she greeted me, and asked if I wanted to sit in the chair next to them and just visit while she finished up. They were talking and including me in the conversation, just laughing and having a good time. She finished up, then got me in her chair, looked at my pics and talked about what I wanted. I got great shampoo, then the conversation just flowed from there while she was cutting my hair. It took me back to some of the awesome stylists I worked with over the years, and I felt so at ease and comfortable. It did not feel like an uppity, snooty place, (Like the others) but it was clean and cute inside. We literally talked and laughed the whole time she was cutting. I also told her how I always say to go longer because I am scared, but I always end up going back to get it shorter. She reassured me that if I had any issue with anything or wanted it to be shorter, to not hesitate to come back in and she would take care of it, no problem. I left there paying the best price for a haircut that I have paid in a long time, and it is the best cut I have had in a long time as well. I left and immediately called my husband to tell him I was on my way home, and that I had found my new stylist. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Mary for my cuts. I may even stop having my husband help me with my coloring at home and come to her for that too, lol. If you have any doubts about trying a place, look no further. Also, the salon is ran by her and her mom, and they have been doing hair over 25 years. Thank you Mary, for an awesome experience!!!
Kristy was amazing !! She was so patient with me, I was struggling to pick my colors for my nail concept and she was allowing me to take my time and working on my pedicure in the meantime, and did the best massage I’ve ever had at a salon ! I normally had a very uncomfortable experience at a nail salon, but the whole Lux team was sweet, kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back

I always have a great experience here. They always offer a drink, very friendly, and gentle. I always come back for ingrown toenail maintenance and every time has been a positive experience.
After a very challenging month, I finally found a window of opportunity for some much-needed self-care and visited my favorite salon in Kyle for a mani-pedi. I ended up calling an audible when time allowed me to try out the head spa—and oh my goodness, it was amazing! I didn’t realize it included a mini facial and massage. It was incredibly relaxing and so well done.
I’d love to make this part of my weekly routine, but with my schedule, that’s a stretch. One thing I really appreciated, though, was that I was able to do this without an appointment—such a bonus! I’ll definitely try to squeeze it in at least quarterly.

Ian Seth, did a mother/daughter tattoo for me and my 18 year old. I could not be happier with the art and experience!! He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. As it was my daughter’s first. The studio is clean, decorated in a nice theme, and the staff are welcoming. It wasn't a cold/intimidating atmosphere like I've experienced with some previous tattoos elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Blaine and his team did everything and then some to help my 79-year old mother, Mary, to get a comfortable set of new dentures. Dr. Blaine personally did everything in his power, multiple multiple times to get mom the comfortable fit without pain when I didn't think it was possible. Dr. Blaine made it clear her satisfaction and comfort was number one and he personally worked very hard to alleviate her pain and get a comfortable fit. Having just completed a disastrous kitchen remodel with a known big box company that refused to take responsibility and get things done right, I am beyond impressed and owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Blaine. He was entirely committed to my mom getting comfortable dentures.Dental care is critical to something even more than aesthetics. It is vital to getting proper nutrition. The detailed work it takes is critical. I watched Dr. Blaine and his staff work at mom's comfort over and over until it was right. Dr. Blaine is not a faceless owner/manager who manages his practice from afar, he is active and available in his practices. He is also in the commercial. He made his personal email available in reviews. If that doesn't tell you how serious he is about quality, comfort and satisfaction, I don't know what will. I would also like to mention Ms. Ashley. She is wonderful. She handles so many roles with dedication. Always professional and polite despite us being very difficult and needing more time to come to a solution. They listened to every one of my aches and pains. Superb listeners. Each one went out of their the way to help me to try and figure out how to recover some of my lost mobility. The support staff were highly enthusiastic and were also very supportive. My body is a little more damaged than I would like to admit. They sure do have some really neat and helpful equipment available. All around 5 star experience. I highly recommend these wonderful people.

These doctors really care about your pet. They always keep me updated throughout the day of a procedure and check in the next day or so.
Everyone was attentive and patient when I said my very sad and teary-eyed goodbye to my Charlie. I still take my lil Oscar for other attention and never doubt he'll be well taken care of.
Oh man, I had to come in today to have our pet euthanized. The dog had been hit by a car and it was not a good day for any of us. When I came in Miranda met me and was so compassionate and asked if I wanted to speak to the vet. I replied yes and then Dr. Guzman came in and was really helpful, kind, and compassionate as well. The ladies at Firehouse are Fire??. My baby was having a seizure like episode & I called at least 10 vet clic/hospitals only to be told “we can’t see you today” all with I dont care attitude. As soon as I connected w FH I was immediately told to bring him in now & they would work him in! As soon as we arrived they took my fur baby & made him (and myself) comfortable. If you are looking for people who actually genuinely care about animals look no further this is the place!!! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can't say enough good things about Texas Driving School! It was worth every penny. My son passed his driving test on the first attempt, and the convenience of taking the test right at the school was a huge plus--especially with the long wait times at DPS. The instructors were fantastic, and I noticed a significant boost in his maturity from when he started to when he finished. I'm so grateful for the experience he had here.
