I normally do my own nails, but I went to treat myself yesterday as I have a busy week ahead, but I ended up leaving pretty disappointed. I asked for white tips, square shape, and short. After walking in, everyone seemed to be offered a drink, however, no one came to ask me. Not a make or break instance; I had a water bottle with me. However, it wasn’t a great addition to the already subpar service. Within 10 minutes, someone came to tell my tech she had another client waiting for her. I wasn’t loving my nails, but the service felt very rushed already, so I figured I would just fix them when I got home. I got a pedicure from Sandra and she was very thorough and sweet! I mentioned to her that I wanted an acrylic on my big toes and that the last person who’d done them for me left big gaps on the sides and she made sure to pay extra attention to that- I’m sure she would have done so any ways. She kept checking with me to make sure I was happy with the look of my toe nails throughout. I will definitely book with her again!!!
