I have had knee issues for 22 years from high school. I have learned to live and work around it. Now at 39 it has grown into a daily obstacle that is difficult to avoid. I started at the gym to strengthen the knee but the pain was too much. That’s where I met Dr Palm. He invited me to come by for a visit at his practice and after 4 visits I am discharged and enjoying the gym more and more. I enjoy a great deal of relief on a daily basis and with the exercise plan from CC I am getting stronger and more stable.
