Had a facial today, I forget her name ( I think started with an M) but she was AMAZING. Hands of an angel. Super relaxing and friendly experience as soon as I walked in. Receptionist was also such a sweat heart. Felt nothing but refreshed leaving. My boy friend even commented on how good my skin looked! He doesn’t notice much so that’s a huge compliment lol!!! Thank you so much Massage envy❤️

The massage envy cannot function without Katie the sales associate you wanna be when I’m ready upfront. When she is gone, the whole place does not function smoothly. She is cheerful helpful a super asset to Massage Envy. She deserves a raise and pat on the back for her how efficient and helpful she is to all members.

My husband purchased a one hour massage for me for Mother’s Day. Appt was at 11a. I checked in at 10:50a. At 11, they had me fill out a questionnaire on their tablet. They called me back at 11:05, where then the massage therapist asked me the same questions I had just answered on the tablet, and then gave her recommendation. Massage finally started at 11:17 and ended at 11:57, instead of at 12:17p. Therapist provided 40 minutes of actual massage instead of the 60 minutes (as advertised & purchased). If this is gonna be the case then I don’t need to go there again. So dont go in expecting 60 full minutes of massage. It’s false advertisement and a rip off. As for...read full review
