The hospital's streamlined scheduling and operations ensure quick and comfortable visits, with minimal waiting time. The staff is attentive, recommending care and checking in on pets' progress. ZippiVet is a vet in Kyle that is beyond patient and understanding, going above and beyond to make pets comfortable with lots of treats, love, and miles of patience. They are great with anxious dogs, and experiences have been steadily improving. They have worked well to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. The Veterinarians and technicians are the best and have always provided the best care possible.
I had an exceptional experience at ZippiVet off Kyle Parkway in Kyle. The staff displayed utmost professionalism and care while tending to my two beloved cats, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy. Their genuine concern for my pets helped alleviate my anxiety. The team's expertise and kindness were evident throughout the visit. We had the most incredible experience at ZippiVet in Kyle. From when we first entered, the receptionist was warm and sweet to our dogs. We met with Dr Person and the vet tech Rachel. They were extremely informative, kind, caring, and they answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed at all to ask our questions and could tell they genuinely cared. Both Rachel and Dr. Person took the time to explain all of the possible options for care for both of our dogs. The prices were very fair and they checked with us on the price before moving forward with anything. It was very clear that every one at Zippi Pet truly are animal lovers and want the best for your pets. We have been to many vets before and this was the best experience we’ve had. HIGHLY recommend
