“I love pups and mutts. We have left our pups here several times while out of town. They follow direction greatly, and pups always seem excited to come back. They send me daily updates, as well as pictures, and they’re always happy to answer any question.
The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because of their grooming. I have never been satisfied with it. I would rather take them home and bathe them myself. For some reason every time they have bathed my bichonpoo, he comes back home matted. Something that I don’t even get to do while towel drying him myself here at home, as well as their faces seem unwashed.
In summary, Great staff, great boarding option, beautiful setting, not so great grooming.“
