I can't possibly recommend this vet enough! As a new patient I called them short notice and got me in right away. The way they handled my dog....amazing job by everyone! It's a high end state of the art facility and the employees that i interacted with were all awesome and appeared to genuinely care! Even got a follow up from the actual vet the next day to make sure my dog was ok. Literally never seen that happen before, it's usually someone at the front desk. Seriously....take your pet here!

I would highly recommend. My cat had a respiratory infection and needed to been seen. I called them at 10am and they were able to schedule him for 2:30pm the same day. They took extra precautions to ensure he was ok to be sent home and ensured me that he would make a recovery (unless anything out of our control happened). He is now fully recovered and they’ve called me twice checking in on him which means a lot to me, most Animal hospitals do not do that. At least not at Petco or any other place I’ve been. 10/10! I want to thank all of the staff at Firehouse, especially Doctor Hane and the tech that assisted Zane on 12/27. I want to apologize for dismissing the fact that Zane’s collar was irritating his throat when I was informed. I really wanted to believe that it was the muzzle (and not his collar or the expensive tracker we’ve purchased). However, that night when we removed the collar and saw the red splotches of irritation, I nearly cried for Zane and I couldn’t stop apologizing to him for not noticing this. Thank you for the wonderful care and information given to us.
