“I am so happy that I ended up going to this location and seeing Dr. Timmy Kavoor. My eye appointment appointments had been canceled at two different locations without any other explanation and I had made those appointments up to six months ahead of time and I was really frustrated, But when I called in to the main number, I was told that there was a doctor closer to my home that had availability and I’m so glad I made this appointment because from the moment of check-in the Katy Medical Center is sort of in no man’s land near Katy Asian town right off I-10 and 1-99 And it was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. I walked in and check-in folks were professional. The nurses were kind. Dr. Kavoor Listened intently and understood my needs & my concerns. He explained the state of my eyes really well & gave good solid background and helped me understand. And he’s got a high degree of empathy. I’m definitely gonna recommend him to all my friends. The only thing is I arrived at 9 o’clock for a 9:10 AM appointment and I did not see Dr. Kavoor till 10:25 I think, But again, I had to have my eyes dilated and wait. It wasn’t anything major because the interaction and appt was worth it“

“Dr. Pham is amazing! Our daughter started Ortho K night time lenses which is an incredible treatment which allows her to have 20/20 vision all day without the need for wearing glasses or contacts!! Before Dr. Pham I had no idea this treatment existed. It’s the best long term health investment you can make for your child’s vision.
It basically acts like a retainer worn while she sleeps which corrects the shape of her eye so that she sees perfectly during the day. It will also dramatically lessen her need for higher prescriptions later.
She’s 10 now and we’ve been pleasantly surprised with how responsible she’s been with the Ortho K routine every night because SHE LOVES the difference it has made, and she appreciates that she doesn’t need to wear glasses!

She further explained it was the end of the year and that was the cause of the delay. When I finally made it to the back the optician and the Dr greeted me with an apology for the tardiness. “As usual a very indepth and detailed eyes exam including the retina by the optometrist. The young Sorochi is by far the best medical Assistant I have met for long time. At the end of the visit, Carolina have a very warm explanation of all options for frames and lenses’ options such as for UV protection and insurance coverage. In general, great rescheduling a last minute change of the appointment, sorochi’s visión tests, Nyok Lee exam diagnostic and Carolina’s support on new lenses and frames.“
