“Charlie showed up and got right to work on the units. He was very professional and courteous. He went through the diagnostic on both units inside and outside. And was very thorough with scope of work. Would definitely recommend him to work on our units again.”
Burke Mechanical
“Brad was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond helping to get our A/C running again! He was easy to reach, fair in pricing, and even helped identify a part that was covered under warranty to reduce total cost.
He was only outdone in customer service by Cindy in the office. Cindy was responsive, organized, and so great to work with.
I will be utilizing, and recommending Burke to anyone who asks, from now on!”
