“We had a different company come out to diagnose an issue with high humidity in our home. The "tech" was there all of 15 minutes and suggested our unit was too small for our home. His recommendation was $12k new unit. Our home and the AC units are less than 3 years old mind you.We had Nexgen out the following afternoon. Cecil came out and actually ran some testing to find the cause of the issue. They saved me $12k over the previous companies laughable diagnosis. We will always call Nexgen for future needs.“
