“Top notch service from the initial phone call until the Matt, the tech left, what seemingly started out as what was believed to be a minor issue turned into my outside unit being very uncooperative to say the least. Matt stayed with it throughout the day. Testing, trouble shooting, and re-testing. He even got rained on and still kept on keeping on..Southern Air is my go too now.
