Top notch service from the initial phone call until the Matt, the tech left, what seemingly started out as what was believed to be a minor issue turned into my outside unit being very uncooperative to say the least. Matt stayed with it throughout the day. Testing, trouble shooting, and re-testing. He even got rained on and still kept on keeping on..Southern Air is my go too now. They found things that other companies missed completely. Great job Mat!! Thank you, cya in October!!!
