Top notch service from the initial phone call until the Matt, the tech left, what seemingly started out as what was believed to be a minor issue turned into my outside unit being very uncooperative to say the least. Matt stayed with it throughout the day. Testing, trouble shooting, and re-testing. He even got rained on and still kept on keeping on..Southern Air is my go too now. Called and Brian one of the technicians paid us a visit during 100 degree heat with no air! Brian was able to present the work and the products very well!! Definitely 5 star service, selection and another satisfied family! Brian also saved us some money by explaining the fall service savings plan on today’s parts by signing up!!
