My Air Conditioner wasnt working and i saw everything wet and Filter was soaked and I was so worried. I called Andersen Air and they were able to get to my house within 2 hrs, The tech Orion got right on it and figured out the issue within mins and explained to me why it happened. From my 1st contact with Mark in the office to Tech Orion at my house I was treated with respect and kindness. There customer service is awesome and pricing was reasonable. Great company. Friendly, knowledgeable technicians and very nice lady at front desk. Installed new hvac system in my home that I am quite happy with. Quieter than the old one. Keeping cool in the heat. I recommend Andersen Air. Update. The new system is proving to be excellent at keeping a constant temperature in our home. Cools quickly and does not run as often or as long as the system it replaced.
