From the person that answered the phone after hours, the tech that called me right back ready to send someone over ASAP (we declined the after hours visit), to the person that called and communicated the techs ETA the next day, and both techs that came out due to a part being on back order. They took their time to diagnose the problem and service the system. They truly went above and beyond.

Our evaporator coil failed last week. I called in, Alex answered, and within hours someone was dispatched so we had AC over the weekend instead of sweating it out. Alex kept following up the whole time, and right when promised, MacGyver and Chris showed up today, swapped in a brand new coil, and had the system humming along again — nice and cool inside, even with Texas summer doing its thing outside.
Everything was covered under warranty, but that's almost beside the point. It's the communication, the follow-through, and showing up when they say they will that makes me glad I chose Performance Heat & Air for our system. Highly recommend.“
