Cool Climate to the rescue again! A/C wasn’t cooling overnight and I called at 7:30am and a gentleman (maybe Carl?) answered right away. Told him my situation and that I was traveling at 10am even though my wife would be there. He dispatched Reed immediately and he was at my home by 8:30am. Found the issue and replaced my condenser fan and was done by 9:45am. They have never failed to respond quickly and get me back up and running. Always professional, courteous and fair! I have recommended Cool Climate to several friends and family. They are a family business that cares. That’s why I call them in Burleson while I live in FTW!

It was Sunday morning at 10:00. Temp was already 90, heading to 102. I realized I hadn't heard the AC kick in. Thermostat was set at 74 degrees. It was 79. I called Cool Climate. He answered immediately so I didn't have to leave a message. He said he'd be here within the hour. It was only 15 minutes before Ty showed up. He located the problem quickly, fixed it and was gone. From the time I made the call until he walked out the door (task completed) was less than an hour. Thank you Ty. What a fine young man... friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Cool Climate never disappoints.
