Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a repair! Our mini split heater/air conditioner went down (it's not a common one) and on top of that the parts are from way up north. Stephen was very kind and knowledgeable!!! He made several trips to my house (45 minutes away) and even found a way to expedite our repair parts and saved us 2 months of waiting!!!!! The prices are the best around and I knew from the first call I was in good hands!!! When you have the best why mess with the rest??? We will be customers for LIFE(:
