“I stopped by at this spa because my lower back and hips have been bothering me for weeks. Alice has provided excellent care for my ongoing pain. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attentive approach are truly appreciated. I highly recommend her services.”
“New to yoga, been years since I did any kind of fitness besides walking. I love it! Very friendly and knowledgable. I was guided on how to start for beginners and the differences in classes. Lets you go at your pace. The front staff is so welcoming, as well as all the instructors that I have had the pleasure of taking a class from. Definitely no regrets. Highly recommend.”
“Great people and school, I swung by last weekend and I had such a good training session 🫶🏻 will definitely comeback”
