Very gentle practice. I can see it being perfect for beginners and as a wonderful restorative practice after a more vigorous workout. I will take this class again for the feeling of calm it provides during and throughout the rest of my day.
Letty’s class was awesome!!! She’s such a strong and powerful trainer. She’ll make you sweat, have fun, and maybe even cry a little😂 the studio is well kept, clean, nice props, and big space! They have multiple classes focused on strength, functionality, and building a strong body! Love this place!
Carol is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had! She is incredibly thorough, and thoughtful in any exercise modifications you need during an injury. She is very encouraging and gentle, allowing for people to push their limits in a safe space.
