I’ve been practicing yoga for more than a decade now, and the most important thing for me is to find an instructor that is passionate about guiding people to become their better selves through intricate body movements. This studio is spiritually, physically, and mentally enhancing my well-being. Thanks to a class I took with Candice Quino about 8 years ago, I decided to take a chance to become a member here. Every instructor is unbelievably nurturing and welcoming. Candice is still by far the most inspiring and positively focused yogi leader I have met.

I was invited to this place for the first time by a friend, and boy, did I struggle to keep up! I had practiced yoga for about three years, but nothing was like this place. Even though I live about 40 minutes away, I still manage to come here every Sunday after church. During weekdays, I practice at a local yoga studio but now I crave more of a challenge. The heat and the people here are 11/10 insane, and I love them for that!
