Angelica is the best there is! After working out with her for the last 8 months, I have seen such a difference and improvement in my mobility, strength and appearance. The environment of the gym is very welcoming and everyone is incredibly friendly. Angie is awesome!! I've been seeing her once a week for personal training for almost a year, and I really enjoy working with her! She is great about adjusting the session based on how I'm feeling that day and listening to concerns about certain movements. I've also seen Angie for a massage, and I felt great the next day despite feeling terrible when I came in. Can't recommend working with Angie highly enough!
